Michael has an extensive fine dining and catering resume which include; Sous Chef for long time Walt Disney Executive Chef Johnny Rivers at Conch a Me Crazy and Head Butch under Executive Chef Kathleen Blake and Owner Melissa Kelly at the award winning Primo’s in the J.W. Marriott Hotel.
Michael opened his own gourmet catering company after working 2 years as Sous Chef with Arthur’s Catering. His company, Antoinette's Gourmet Catering, features diverse menu options and the freedom to collaborate directly with the chef to create the perfect customized menu.
Michael is currently the Executive Chef of South Lake Hospital in partnership with ORMC.
